Quelques s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenements r\u00e9guliers suffisent \u00e0 retrouver la forme et de bonnes sensations \u00e0 l\u2019effort.<\/div>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" jours d\u2019affil\u00e9s sur un v\u00e9lo charg\u00e9, requiert un certain entra\u00eenement.<br \/>\nPour commencer, il est important d\u2019adapter ton entra\u00eenement en fonction de ton itin\u00e9raire, de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o et des routes que vous allez emprunter.<\/p>\n<p>Avant ton d\u00e9part, il est important de se renseigner sur les types de routes que tu vas traverser.&nbsp;Cela te permettra d\u2019adapter tes entra\u00eenements en fonction.<br \/>\nSi tu vas rouler sur des routes plates, inutiles de t\u2019entra\u00eener sur des cols de montagne.&nbsp;\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, si ton itin\u00e9raire comporte beaucoup de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9s, entra\u00eene-toi sur des parcours vallonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre en forme, il est recommand\u00e9 de commencer ta pr\u00e9paration physique au moins 3 \u00e0 4 mois avant le d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer, planifie des s\u00e9ances progressives.&nbsp;Si tu n\u2019as pas l\u2019habitude de beaucoup rouler, ne pars pas directement pour des entra\u00eenements de 120 km par jour avec 2 000 m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif.&nbsp;Fais plut\u00f4t des entra\u00eenements par \u00e9tape, en augmentant petit \u00e0 petit les distances, le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 et le temps pass\u00e9 en selle.&nbsp;Cela te permettra d\u2019habituer ton corps \u00e0 l\u2019effort sur un v\u00e9lo.&nbsp;Trouve un juste-milieu entre trop et pas assez.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ta premi\u00e8re sortie, pars pour une petite trentaine de km en limitant le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9.&nbsp;R\u00e9it\u00e8re la sortie dans la m\u00eame semaine avec 2 jours de repos entre chaque entra\u00eenement.&nbsp;Profite \u00e9galement des premi\u00e8res sorties pour r\u00e9gler ton v\u00e9lo selon les douleurs et contraintes ressenties.&nbsp;Il n\u2019est pas normal d\u2019avoir mal sur un v\u00e9lo.&nbsp;C\u2019est souvent synonyme de mauvais r\u00e9glages.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil des semaines, augmente progressivement les distances et ajoute du d\u00e9nivel\u00e9.&nbsp;Il est recommand\u00e9 de compter 3 sorties hebdomadaires pour progresser doucement.&nbsp;Attention, trop d\u2019entra\u00eenements t\u2019emp\u00eacheront de bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et cela pourrait entra\u00eener une blessure.&nbsp;Il est important d\u2019y aller progressivement et d\u2019\u00e9couter son corps.<\/p>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de tes entra\u00eenements, tu arriveras \u00e0 p\u00e9daler plusieurs jours cons\u00e9cutifs sans trop d\u2019efforts.&nbsp;Cela te permettra de te mettre en situation \u00ab r\u00e9elle \u00bb d\u2019un n\u00e9glig\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de tes entra\u00eenements, tu vas constituer une r\u00e9sistance mentale \u00e0 l\u2019effort.&nbsp;Cette r\u00e9sistance te sera tr\u00e8s utile pour faire face aux petites et grandes difficult\u00e9s que l\u2019on peut rencontrer lors d\u2019un voyage autonome \u00e0 v\u00e9lo.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 vous entra\u00eener dans des conditions difficiles afin d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 toutes les situations :&nbsp;conditions climatiques compliqu\u00e9es, routes caboss\u00e9es, mat\u00e9riel d\u00e9fectueux\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Tu pr\u00e9pares un voyage en Afrique ?&nbsp;Anticipe l\u2019effort en t\u2019entra\u00eenant \u00e0 p\u00e9daler lors de journ\u00e9es o\u00f9 le soleil tape tr\u00e8s \u00e0 ton mat\u00e9riel de camping, en passant par tes sacoches de voyage.<br \/>\nN\u2019attends pas le dernier jour pour te rendre compte que tes sacoches sont trop lourdes, ta tente trop encombrante ou que tes v\u00eatements sont inadapt\u00e9s.<br \/>\nPlus le voyage sera pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en amont, plus tu pourras profiter une fois sur place et tu seras apte \u00e0 faire face aux correct surtout lorsque l\u2019on s\u2019entra\u00eene seul.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter cela, il est important de se fixer des objectifs r\u00e9alistes et d\u2019adapter ses entra\u00eenements en fonction de ta progression.&nbsp;Pour rester motiv\u00e9 sur plusieurs mois, adapte tes objectifs par rapport \u00e0 la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.&nbsp;Par exemple, si tu as fait une sortie de 40 km la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, alors, essaye de parcourir 50 km la semaine suivante.<\/p>\n<p>Garde toujours en t\u00eate ton objectif final.&nbsp;Il doit \u00eatre ton leitmotiv.&nbsp;Chaque
